RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from this website please return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product must not be damaged in any way, be completely intact without marks, writing or scratches.

Products returned in excellent condition, will be refunded the full purchase price within 30 days of the date the product was returned to ITAL Education. Customers are responsible for paying all shipment costs.

Credit Card Refunds

All credit card purchases will be refunded to the card used for the purchase. In the event the credit card for the purchase is not available, ITAL Education will issue a “store” credit for future purchases.

Cash reimbursements will not be made for purchases made with credit cards. Reimbursements will only be made to the original purchaser.

Cash Refunds

Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash.

Check Refunds

All check purchases will be refunded 21 days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a mail check from our Corporate Office (Please see address below).

Third Party Processing

We may use third parties to process payment transactions. In instances when we use these organizations e.g. Create Space, and their policies conflict with those stated on this page, their policies will supercede ours.
